Description: The town portion of this walk will tour charming
Medford Village (established in 1692) with its brick sidewalks, antique
shops and several historic sites. It is a pleasant streetscape of nicely
preserved buildings. National Geographic included Medford in a travel
guide to the best small towns in America. The country portion will amble
along the shaded banks of Rancocas Creek and past a horse
farm. |

Directions: Medford is located 12 miles east of Cherry Hill on Rt. 70. This is east of I-295 and west of Rt. 206. From I-295 north or south: Exit 34A to Rt 70 East. Go 5.5 miles beyond the jct with Rt 73, then right on County 541 into Medford Village. From NJ Turnpike - Exit 4 to Rt. 73 South, jughandle left turn onto Rt. 70 east. Then 5.5 miles to 541 south into Medford. From the Shore - Rt. 70 west. Go 5 miles beyond Rt 206 to 541 south into Medford. |
