Description: This is an ocean trail along the boardwalk and
promenade in Long Branch. A flat, easy walk that is good for practicing
technique. |

| Directions: Long Branch is an ocean front town just south of Sandy Hook. From the north or south: Garden State Parkway exit 105. ** 36 EAST to 71 SOUTH (West Long Branch exit). Stay straight (turns into Cedar Avenue) to end. LEFT on Ocean Boulevard to 7-11 on left. Please park on side street. From west: I-195 EAST becomes 138 EAST to 18 NORTH. Exit 13B to 36 EAST, then as ** above.

| Comments: There is no special award for this event. Each participant must register at the start where they will select a walk card and route map. Restrooms will be available at several places along the route (but not at the start point). Walkers are reminded to carry water in the summer. Food and drinks are available at the 7-11 store. |
