Moorestown is a NJ suburb near Philadelphia located between Cherry Hill and Mt. Holly. From its beginning in the 1960's, Moorestown has been a community of homes rather than industry. The Lake Route (12 KM) passes through residential areas, quaint shops and then around scenic Strawbridge Lake . Money Magazine rated Moorestown as the best town in the US in which to live. From the north or south : I 295 Exit 40 B ( Route 38 West) . Follow 38 to a right on Church St . Right on Second Ave. There is free parking in the library lot and the police station lot.
From the west (Philadelphia) Tacony-Palmyra Brideg to Route 73 South to Route 38 East. Once in Moorestown use the jughandle to make a left onto Church St. and follow directions above.
From NJ Turnpike Exit 4 to 73 East to 38 East to left on Church - then follow above.

Library hours vary but are usually M- Th 9-9, Sat 9-1, closed Sunday. Library closed on 1-1, 1-16, 2-20, 4-6, 5-28,7-4, 9-3, 11-22, 12- 25,26 & 31.
