TRAIL HIGHLIGHTS: The 12k walk consists of three connected loops: a 1.0 mi. loop leading down to Bantam Lake, a 2.6 mi. loop including a boardwalk through the scenic marshland around Little Pond, and a 3.9 mi. loop leading from Little Pond through the picturesque village of Litchfield.

TRAIL RATING:
5k is rated 1B. The 12k is rated 1B, mostly flat on packed trails, except for one fairly steep road leading from White Memorial
to the village (Gallows Rd.), which is 2B. Medium difficulty for strollers and wheelchairs on wooded terrain and boardwalk.
REGISTRATION: Please use the online start box provided by the California Volkssport Association website (www.cva4u.org).
Follow the left side link, 'Online Start Box', and the instructions provided to sign a waiver and register for this event.
Payments for event credit and directions use Paypal. The directions and insert cards are PDFs that you can download and print as needed.
The POC does not provide event directions or accept alternate payment methods. The entire online process should take less than 10 minutes
for a first time user.
